Grundingen Fastighets AB (publ) har i sitt helägda dotterbolag Valsjöberget AB ett markområde vid sjön Valsjön i Österåkers kommun där det totalt planeras för ca 140 bostäder.

Valsjöberget AB ingick i slutet av oktober 2019 ett avtal om försäljning av ett antal fastigheter till ett bolag inom Titania-koncernen, avseende kommande byggnation av radhus. Titania har nu tillträtt fastigheterna och Grundingen har erhållit försäljningslikvid.

Titania är en koncern med cirka 150 anställda och verksamhet i Stockholmsområdet inom fastighets- och byggbranschen.

Grundingen sells properties to the Titania group

Grundingen Fastighets AB (publ), through its wholly owned subsidiary Valsjöberget AB, is developing a land area by lake “Valsjön” in Österåker municipality, where a total of around 140 housing units are planned.

In late October 2019, Valsjöberget AB entered into a sales agreement with a company within the Titania group, encompassing properties for the planned construction of townhouses. Grundingen has received sales proceeds and the Titania group has accessed the properties.

The Titania group is a Stockholm based construction and installation group with around 150 employees and well documented experience in turnkey projects.
